ICE is set to launch a so-called CitizensAcademy that would train average citizens on how to arrest undocumented immigrants. Considering the environment that we're currentlyliving in and considering the insane uptick in hate crimes that have occurred since Trumpwent into office, this is a disastrous idea. The program is being called the US Immigrationand Customs Enforcement and Removal Operations or ICERO. Now, community leaders in Chicago were actuallyalerted to an invitation that was sent out by Robert Guardian. He is an ICE Director or ICE Field Directorin Chicago. And so he sends out these invites, encouragingpotential stakeholders to take part in this six-week training program to teach peoplehow to do an arrest of undocumented immigrants.
